Dr. Bharat’s career in the pharmaceutical industry spans over 16 years with Alemic, Wockhardt, Torrent pharma, Lupin, and Ajanta Pharma. He has held various management roles in Drug Discovery, API-Process & Analytical Development. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of validation lifecycle, six sigma methodology for problem-solving, process improvement, technical transfers, analytical method development & validation, regulatory affairs, QRM and Quality Management.

Mr Rajni is Director-Plant & operation and cofounder in Flax laboratories. Mr. Rajni has business experience of manufacturing, operations, sourcing and marketing in chemical and pharma spans over 16 years. He has successfully couple of partnership firm catering chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing and marketing. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of chemical sourcing, plant establishment, manufacturing, problem-solving and business development. Additionaly he is looking after the functions of plant operation, legal and liaisoning activities.

Dr. Abhay is Director- Marketing & Business Development and cofounder in Flax laboratories. Dr. Abhay holds a doctorate in organic synthesis from Bhavnagar University. Dr. Abhay’s career in the pharmaceutical industry spans over 16 years with Lupin, Enem-Nostrum and Amneal Pharmaceutical. He has held vast experience in Drug Discovery, Peptide synthesis, API-Process Development for Regulated market. His extensive involvement in sales & Marketing has benefitted the company immensely in achieving the target.

Mr. Kirti Gaudani Holds the position of Head, Purchase. He is the back bone of core management. He has around 15 years of experience in procurement. He has been associated with our company since 2014. He is looking after the functions of purchases of Raw Material (RM), Instruments, Equipments and all Commercial activities. Also he is actively involved in marketing related inputs.
